The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast options were diverse and delicious, offering a great start to the day.
One major drawback was the noise level at night. There were several nightclubs nearby that played loud music until the early hours of the morning, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The recent refurbishment is amazing, with high-quality finishes and stylish decor. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. The food was absolutely delicious, with dishes like lamb belly and sourdough with whipped feta that were a real treat. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to all the attractions and amenities of the city. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others.
The hotel can get a little noisy during busy holiday periods, which can be a bit of a downside. It's not the fault of the hotel, but something to consider if you're looking for a quieter stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Milsom Hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and had great air conditioning. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel also had a lovely restaurant setting and the facilities were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a city break.
One thing to note is that the hotel is located near a late-night cocktail bar, so there can be some noise on certain nights. Additionally, there are no elevators in the building, so it might be a challenge for those with mobility issues to reach higher floors.
